This notice explains the information WorkLeads needs to operate job requests and business accounts.
Who controls your information

Information we collect
Customers may provide contact details, an approximate and later a specific job location, a description, timing and optional images. Businesses may provide identity, contact, service and coverage information. Technical security records may also be kept.
How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, receive and review requests, support introductions, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. A full address and private contact details should not appear in public listings.
When information is shared
Public listings show only a reviewed summary and an approximate postcode district. Customer contact details are shared only with a business whose interest has been accepted after review. Essential hosting, email and security suppliers may process information on our instructions. Information is not sold to advertising companies.
How long records are kept
Unpublished job requests and their attachments are reviewed for deletion after 24 months. Business account information is kept while the account is active and reviewed for deletion within 24 months of closure. Consent, moderation and introduction records may be kept for up to six years where needed to answer disputes or meet legal duties. Short security rate limit records expire automatically.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of information where the law provides that right. You can object to some uses and withdraw optional marketing consent at any time. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Contact hello@workleads.co.uk to make a request.
